250ml water
100g Cocoa Powder
400g Caster Sugar
Dissolve the Cocoa Powder into the water in a saucepan.
Turn on the heat, add the sugar, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 mins.
Keep a close eye on it, it gets lively.
It will thicken as it cools. I plan to make some cocktails with mine this week, i’ll let you know how it goes!
